You can find us at Sea Crown in Sector 8, Charkop. We have been based in Kandivali West for a good while now. Our main thing is selling equipment and then trying to help people keep it running. It is a small office, B 304, but it works for what we need. Mumbai is a fast place, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting clients. We deal with all sorts of machines and parts. Sometimes it is hard to find a specific spare, but we try our best. We are not some massive corporation with a huge warehouse. We are just a few people who know about equipment. The area around Charkop is busy, which is good for business. We do not have any big slogans. We just sell stuff and fix stuff. Most of our customers have been coming to us for years because they know who we are. We like to keep things simple. If we do not have something in stock, we will tell you straight. No point in wasting anyone's time. The office gets a bit cramped with all the catalogs and samples lying around. But it is home for us during the day. We have seen a lot of changes in Mumbai over the years, but we are still here doing the same thing. Just local guys selling tools and gear to those who need them.
