Epsilon

Epsilon is tucked away in the Government Industrial Estate over in Charkop. We are at unit number 3, right near Hindustan Naka in Kandivili West. It’s a proper industrial area, so it gets quite loud with all the workshops and trucks moving around us all day long. We’ve been operating from this same unit for quite some time now. It’s not a fancy place with a lobby, just a workspace where we handle our daily business. Most days involve a lot of coordination and moving heavy things around. The Charkop area has changed quite a bit since we first started out, but the industrial estate stays pretty much the same year after year. You might have a hard time finding a spot for parking during the peak hours, that's just how it is around here. We do our thing and don’t really worry about making a big splash or having a polished image. Our neighbors are mostly other small businesses and workshops doing their own thing too. It’s a tight-knit community in a way because we all know the struggles of the area. If you’re coming from the station, it’s a bit of a ride, but most rickshaw drivers know the Naka. We keep our doors open and just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over twice. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. It’s just us here, working through the daily list.
