Our office is at No 2 in the Damji Shamji Ind. Estate on LBS Marg. Being in Vikhroli West means there is always a lot of movement outside. Entelechy Systems Pvt Ltd isn't some high-rise tech firm. We are down here on the ground in the estate like everyone else. The building is older, but it serves us well. There are a lot of cables and computers inside, as you’d expect. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped with all the gear we have to keep on site. We’ve been at this location for some time now. LBS Marg is usually packed with traffic, so we hear the horns all day. It’s just part of the background noise for us. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a lounge. We have a small pantry where we take our breaks and maybe share a quick snack. Our work involves a lot of sitting and focusing on screens, so we try to get up and walk around the estate when we can. It’s a very practical environment. We don't use big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the systems we are building or fixing for the people who need them. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to get things done. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people trying to do a good job day in and day out.
