Engineers Resource Group

We are based in Kozhikode, Kerala, specifically in the 673 012 area. It’s a local office where we handle various engineering tasks. The weather here is almost always humid, so we keep the fans going all day long. Our space is just a regular office setup without any of the fancy decorations you might see in big city firms. We focus on the practical side of engineering and managing resources for the jobs we get. Most of the people working here are from around the neighborhood, so we know the area well. We start our day early to avoid the midday heat as much as possible. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so there are always stacks of files on the tables. We don’t really do much in the way of marketing or fancy brochures. People find us because they need help with a specific technical problem or project. We just do the work as it comes in. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things are happening at once, but we manage to get through it. The street outside is usually busy with people going about their business. We’ve been in this part of Kerala for a while now and we like the pace of life here. It’s steady and predictable, which helps when you have to focus on technical details and resource planning every day. We usually go to the nearby tea shop for a break in the evening.
