We are up on the 4th floor of Gulmohar Plaza on Iti Road, right above the ICICI Bank in Aundh, Pune. It’s a pretty decent location, though the elevator can be a bit slow when everyone is trying to get to work in the morning. Endo Lighting Accessories is what we do here. It’s mostly office work, handling the logistics and the sales for lighting parts. Since we’re on the 4th floor, we get a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when you need a break from the computer screen. Aundh is a busy part of Pune, and Iti Road always has people moving around. Being above the bank makes it easy to tell people how to find us. Inside, it’s just a regular office with desks, some sample lights, and way too many files. We’re a subsidiary of a bigger company, but in this office, it feels more like a small team. We have our daily routines, our morning meetings, and the usual office chatter. It’s not a flashy showroom, just the place where the real work happens behind the scenes. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the accessories get to where they need to go. It’s a lot of coordination and paperwork. We just try to keep things organized and handle the daily grind without making it too complicated. It’s a steady job in a good part of town.
