Encube Ethicals Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Unit 24 in the Steelmade Industrial Estate. You’ll find us in Marol Village, which is a busy part of Andheri East. This whole area is always packed with vehicles and people going to work in the different units. Our space is basic but it serves us well for the ethical pharma work we do. The estate has that typical industrial feel with narrow lanes and heavy gates. Most mornings start with us checking the inventory and planning out what needs to be shipped. It’s a bit of a maze getting through the estate if you haven't been here before. We have a small office area and then the main floor where the actual work happens. The noise from the other industrial units around us is constant, but it’s just part of the atmosphere here in Marol. We don't have a lot of decorations or fancy signs. There's just the company name on the door and the usual equipment inside. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just manage with the backup. We drink a lot of chai from the vendor who comes around the estate. It keeps us going through the long afternoons when the heat builds up. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just show up, do the tasks for the day, and head home once the shift is over. It is honest work. We like it fine here.
