Emerson Process Management

Our office is located at 301, Tejas, which is on Plot-71 in Sector-21 of Nerul. Being in Navi Mumbai means we are in a fairly planned out area, but it still has its own local charm. We’ve been in this building for quite a bit of time now. It’s a standard office space, nothing too flashy, but it’s got enough room for all of us and our equipment. We deal with process management, so there is always a lot of technical documentation and planning going on at our desks. We have a decent view from the third floor, though it’s mostly just other buildings and the street below. The team here is pretty quiet; we mostly just keep our heads down and get on with the day. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people trying to sell things. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships with people who need our specific expertise. We like it that way. It’s less about the talk and more about the actual work. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs instead. It’s those little things that make it feel like a real workplace. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make coffee and chat about our weekends. It’s a straightforward, honest place to work, and we’re glad to be based here in Nerul. We just try to do a good job.
