Our office is located in the Navratan building, units 516 and 517, right on P.D. Mello Road near Carnac Bridge. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai with all the trucks coming from the docks and the traffic going toward the station. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. Most of our work involves international trade and shipping logistics. The office is always full of stacks of documents, customs forms, and shipping manifests. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to different ports and agencies. We have a few desks squeezed in together, and there’s always someone on the phone trying to track a container or clear a shipment. The noise from the street outside is constant, especially the heavy trucks rattling the windows. We don’t have a corporate look here; it’s more of a functional space where we focus on getting the job done. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a time zone difference to deal with for an overseas client. We usually grab lunch from one of the local stalls nearby because it’s quick and easy. We don't really have a fancy website or do much self-promotion. Most of our clients have been with us for years and they know how we work. It’s about being reliable and knowing the rules of the trade. We just keep our heads down and handle the logistics day in and day out for whoever needs our help.
