Eliance Green Power

Our office is at Row House No. 3 in Pritam Villa Society. It’s inside Thakur Complex over in Kandivali East. It’s more of a residential-feeling area than a corporate park, which we actually prefer for our daily environment. Eliance Green Power operates from this little row house. It’s quiet enough most of the time, though you can hear the kids playing outside sometimes in the afternoons. We have a few rooms set up for our desks and equipment. It doesn't look like a big company office from the outside. It looks like a home because that's what it was originally. We like the atmosphere here. It’s relaxed and not too stiff. People can just come in and talk. Kandivali East has grown a lot lately. There are more shops and cafes around the corner now. We’ve been in this society for a while. The neighbors know us. We aren't putting on a show for anyone. We just have our work to do and this is where we do it. The stairs are a bit narrow and the parking can be a headache if you have a big car. But it works for us. We spend most of our day here, drinking tea and looking at spreadsheets or talking on the phone. It's a simple setup. We don't see the need for a high-rise office. This row house is plenty for what we need. We just keep things moving along every day.
