Elegant Tubes

Our shop is at 27 Piru Lane, which is right near Immamwada Road. It’s one of those narrow streets where you really have to watch where you’re going. We’ve been here for years, and the shop is packed from floor to ceiling with different kinds of tubes and pipes. We have stainless steel, brass, and all sorts of other metals stacked in racks. It’s a bit of a maze inside, but we know exactly where everything is. Usually, customers come in with a small piece of a pipe they need to match, or a list of lengths for a plumbing or industrial job. We do a lot of cutting to size right here on the spot. The air always smells a bit like metal and cutting oil. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning or soft chairs. You usually just stand at the counter and wait while we pull what you need from the back. The neighborhood is very old and busy, so there’s always people shouting or horns honking outside. We’ve got a couple of guys who have been helping us move this heavy stock for a long time. We don't spend money on ads. Word of mouth is how we get by, mostly because people know we usually have the odd sizes that the bigger warehouses don't bother with. It’s just a regular local business trying to provide what the neighborhood and local tradesmen need without any fuss or high prices.
