Electric Media Research & Development

You can find us over at Lentin Chambers on Dalal Street, right in the heart of Fort. We are on the 1st Floor in 1-G-2. Being on Dalal Street means there is always a sense of history around us, even if the building itself feels a bit old sometimes. Electric Media Research & Development is where we spend most of our time looking into different ways people use media and technology. It sounds like a lot, but mostly it's just us sitting at desks with plenty of monitors and wires everywhere. The floors in these old buildings in Fort have a certain creak to them, and the hallways are narrow, but it gives the place some character. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Mumbai. We just like the work we do. There's usually a lot of paper on the desks and empty tea cups by the afternoon. We don't have a big HR department or a floor of managers. It is just a group of us who know a bit about electronics and media stuff. We work late quite often because the city is so busy that it's sometimes easier to get things done when the traffic outside dies down. We don't have a glossy brochure or a pitch. If someone needs research or development on a project, they come up the stairs and we talk it over at the table. It is simple enough for us.
