Elder Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Elder House, which is located at Plot No. C-9 in the Dalia Industrial Estate. Just like the other businesses off Veera Desai Road in Andheri West, we are right in the middle of all the action every single day. The area is always buzzing with energy and a lot of traffic. Elder House is our home base and it is where all the main decisions happen. It is a sturdy building that has seen a lot of years pass by. We have a lot of different departments under one roof, so it can get pretty busy and a bit chaotic in the corridors during peak hours. We do not really go for that modern, glass-and-steel look you see in the brand new business parks. Our space is more traditional and focused on being useful. People here tend to stay for a long time, so we all know each other's habits and how we like our tea in the morning. We do not have a lot of formal rules about how to talk to each other; we just get on with the things that need doing. The Dalia Industrial Estate is a bit of a maze if you are not used to it, but we have been here so long it feels like our own backyard. Every day is a bit different with new challenges popping up, but the team here is steady and reliable.
