We have our office at Flat D1/42 in the Green Field Rocks End society. It is right on the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road in Andheri East. Most days it is just a few of us here making sure things get where they need to go. If you know Mumbai, you know how that road gets with the traffic and noise, but we manage. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we keep our logs and answer the phones. Being in Andheri makes it easier for us to reach different parts of the city when the weather is okay. We have been at this for a while now. Some of the guys have been working here since the start. We mostly handle the local express stuff for people in the area. It is a lot of paperwork and tracking numbers throughout the afternoon. Sometimes the courier bikes are lined up outside, and it gets a bit crowded, but that is just how it is around here. We try to keep things moving. We are not a giant corporation with huge glass windows, just a local team working out of a residential complex. It keeps things simple for us. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby. When someone calls about a delivery, they are usually talking to one of the three people sitting in the main room. We do not have fancy phone menus. You just call and ask for what you need. It works for us.
