Elbee Express is located at 505, Block B in Ankur Towers. We are right opposite the Hypercity on Link Road in Malad West. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and the office reflects that energy. We are on the fifth floor, and you can usually hear the traffic from the window. We’ve been here for a while, and it’s a good spot for us. The office itself is nothing special to look at—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend our days tracking packages and making sure the express deliveries actually happen on time. It can be stressful when things go wrong, but we’ve got a good team that knows how to handle it. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just do the work and hope people are happy enough to come back. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a bit of a shorthand. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on our mobiles. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a decent job in the middle of a big city. We don't make big promises; we just try to get the job done as best as we can every day. If you’re in Malad, you’ll find us easily near the shopping center. We are usually here until late.
