El Italiano Pure Veg

You can find us over in Malad West, specifically in the 2nd Phase of the 1st Stage at unit 102. It is a bit of a residential area, so we get a lot of families coming by. Being a pure veg place is just how we decided to do things from the start. The kitchen isn't massive, but we make it work with the space we have. Most days are spent prepping vegetables and making sure we have enough of everything for the dinner rush. We have a small staff, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from taking orders to cleaning the tables. It is not a corporate chain, so things are a bit more relaxed here. We have some regular customers who come in every week, and we usually know what they are going to order before they even sit down. Sometimes the 2nd Phase area gets a bit crowded with parked cars, which can be annoying for people trying to find us. We just try to provide a decent place for people in the neighborhood to eat. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, especially on the weekends when everyone is out. We don't do much advertising; mostly people just hear about us from their neighbors. It is just a plain, simple vegetarian spot in Malad where we try to get the food out hot and on time for every table.
