Ekta Builders

Ekta Builders is located over in Goregaon, right on the Mulund Link Road. We’re in the Shravasti CHS Ltd building, specifically units C-41 and 42. It’s a busy spot in Mumbai 400 064. Being on the Link Road means there is a lot of noise and traffic, but it also means we are easy to find. We share the building with a lot of other families and businesses. It’s a standard housing society setup. We’ve been running the builder business from these two units for a good while now. Our days are usually spent talking to contractors or looking over plans. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our tools and papers. Sometimes it gets a little chaotic with people coming in and out, but that's just part of being builders in a city like this. We like being in Goregaon because it’s central to a lot of the projects we take on. Across from us is a big area, so there’s a lot of open space compared to other parts of the city. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just us doing the work. Most of our neighbors in Shravasti know who we are. It’s a practical location that lets us get to work quickly without having to travel too far for supplies. We just focus on the building side of things and let the work speak for itself without much noise.
