So, we are over here at Orchid City Center Mall in Mumbai Central. If you know the area, you know how crazy it gets around here. We are right by the Thakkar Bappa Colony side, and honestly, the best way to find us is just to look for the KFC. You can usually smell the fried chicken before you even see our sign. We've been operating out of this spot for a bit now. It’s not a huge office or anything fancy, just a practical space where we get things done. Some days the mall is packed with people just wandering around, and other days it’s mostly just us and the other shop owners. We mostly deal with security cameras and that kind of gear. It started because there was a need for it around here. We don't really do the big corporate talk. We just show up, talk to people who need help with their eyes on their property, and try to make sure things work. Sometimes the internet in the mall acts up, which is a pain, but we manage. My cousin helps out sometimes when it gets busy. We keep a few chairs for people to sit while we explain how the DVRs work. It’s just a normal local business life. Mumbai is always moving fast, so we try to keep up without making things too complicated for anyone who walks in. It gets loud and hot, but we are used to it.
