Eastern International L.L.C ( E.P.M )

We are based out in Sharjah at the A-14 site. Our main office is listed as P.O. Box 88, which is where all the mail goes, but the real work happens on the project sites. Project management in the U.A.E. means dealing with a lot of heat and very tight schedules. We spend a lot of time in the site office or walking around the construction areas. It is not a desk job for the most part. There is always something that needs fixing or a supplier who has not shown up on time. We have been doing this for a while under the Eastern International name. The E.P.M. side of things keeps us pretty busy with all the coordination required between different teams. It can get pretty dusty out here, and the sun is no joke during the summer months. We just get on with it. There is a lot of coordination involved, making sure materials are where they should be. Sometimes things go smooth, other times it is a bit of a headache. That is just the nature of site management. We do not have a lot of time for fancy talk, we just need to make sure the work gets finished. It is a practical job and we try to keep it simple. Being in Sharjah puts us in a good spot to reach different project locations without too much trouble. We just stay focused on the tasks that are right in front of us.
