Our place is over in Borivili West, specifically at Shastri Nagar on S.V. Road. If you know Mumbai traffic, you know it takes a bit of time to get anywhere, but we’ve been at Dnyanda-31 for quite some time now. We do international work, which mostly means lots of phone calls and emails at odd hours because of the time differences. It is a bit of a cramped office sometimes with all the files stacked up, but it works for us. S.V. Road is always loud with the rickshaws and buses going by outside. We handle the day-to-day operations from here and try to keep things moving. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when shipments are delayed or paperwork gets stuck at the port. We are not a big flashy firm with a lobby full of plants. It is just us working at our desks, drinking tea, and making sure the orders are processed. Borivili is a good neighborhood, even if the monsoon rains make the street a mess sometimes. We have been part of this community for a while. Usually, there is someone in the office from morning until late evening. It is just steady work, nothing too complicated to explain. We deal with the international side of things because that is what we know how to do. You just learn to handle the stress of it after a few years of doing the same thing every day.
