We are based out of Janardan Appratment, specifically unit D 21, over in Dadar West. It’s a familiar neighborhood for us, and being near the 4 Bungalows area means there is always something going on nearby. The office is basically just a room filled with tables and some computers where we sit and work out the details for various projects. It can be a bit cramped when we have all the big maps spread out, but we make it work. Living and working around Dadar means we know the local streets and how buildings here tend to be put together. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on materials. It’s not always pretty work, especially when things go wrong on a site and we have to fix it on the fly. We’ve been at this address for a good bit now. Most people find us through word of mouth since we don't really do much advertising. We just like to focus on the drawings and making sure the stairs fit where they are supposed to. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, but once you’re inside with the drafting lights on, it’s easy to lose track of time. It is just a straightforward place where we try to do decent work for the people who come to us. We’ve had the same drafting tables for years and they have some scratches on them.
