Durgesh Fabrication

Durgesh Fabrication is on Sri Rama Mandir Road in Goregaon East. It is a noisy street with plenty of people moving about. We are located at number 51. The shop is filled with metal pieces and welding gear. Most of our time is spent cutting metal and joining it back together for different jobs. It gets quite hot inside the shop, especially during the summer months. There is usually the sound of a grinder going in the background. We have been at this location for a good while, so the neighbors don't mind the noise much. Most of the work we do is for people in the local area who need a new gate or some iron frames. We don't have a big catalog of designs. Usually, someone just comes in and tells us what they need or draws it on a scrap of paper. We just figure it out as we go. My hands are almost always dirty with iron dust by the time I go home. We have a small crew of workers here. We aren't a massive factory, just a local shop. We keep our metal pipes and sheets stacked against the walls to make more room. Sometimes the roof leaks a bit when it rains hard, but we just move the machines out of the way. People drop by to see how their order is coming along, and we just keep working.
