We’re based out of the Bhandup Industrial Estate, specifically in the Pannalal Compound on LBS Marg. If you’ve ever driven down that stretch of road in Bhandup West, you know how hectic it can be. Our unit is number 1070. It’s an old industrial area, so the buildings have that worn-in look, but that’s where the real work happens. We’ve been here for a while, handling our daily operations without much fuss. The space is filled with equipment and supplies, and it’s usually pretty busy from the moment we open up. We don’t have a marketing team or a big glass entrance. It’s just a sturdy door and a lot of activity inside. Most people who come here are looking for something specific for their own businesses or projects. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the compound, the delivery vans coming and going, and the sound of machines nearby. It’s a grounded kind of place. We don’t spend much time on decorations. Our focus is on the inventory and making sure the orders are processed. Sometimes the rain makes the compound a bit muddy, but we just keep going. It’s a straightforward business. We value the fact that we’re right in the middle of a working district where people appreciate getting things done rather than just talking about it. We’ve stayed in this same spot for years because it just works for us and our clients know the way.
