Duberia Associates

We are based in Bandra West, over at Building No A/101 in Rizvi Palac. It’s a well-known spot in the area, so we’re not hard to find. The office is always full of files, folders, and stacks of paper. That’s just the way it is with associates—there’s always something to read or sign. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. The rooms are a bit cramped because we keep adding more storage for all our documents. There’s a constant hum of computers and the occasional printer going off. We don't have a fancy lounge for visitors; you usually just pull up a chair next to one of our desks. It’s a very informal atmosphere despite the serious work we do. Bandra is a busy place, and we definitely feel that energy here. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking nearby, which is a bit of a pain for everyone. We know most of the other people in the building by their first names. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just take the work as it comes and try to help people with their questions when they walk through the door. It’s a lot of long hours and checking details, but we’re a small team here at Duberia Associates. We just keep our heads down and get through the pile on the desk every single day.
