We are Dtz International Property Advisers Pvt Ltd. You can find our office in Mumbai, specifically over in Borivali-West. We are in the Green View Apartments, units C-404 and 405. Our building is on Babhai Road, right near the Ram Mandir and Vazira Naka. Mumbai is a very fast-paced city, but Borivali feels like its own little world sometimes. We have been in these apartment units for quite some time. It is a regular apartment setup, which we think makes it feel a bit more comfortable and less like a cold office building. We deal with property stuff every day. There is always a lot of noise coming from the street, with cars honking and people walking by on their way to the temple, but we are used to it by now. We are just a small group of people working together. We do not have any big corporate speeches or missions. We just handle the documents and the phone calls as they come in. We do not do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because they live in the neighborhood or someone they know told them about our place. We try to be honest and just do our jobs well.
