We are based in Thane at F4/402 Rutu Enclave on Ghodbunder Road. It is a very busy part of the city with a lot of apartments and shops all around us. Being on the fourth floor, we have a bit of a view of the traffic, which never seems to stop. We handle courier and cargo work for the people in this neighborhood. The office is often full of boxes and parcels waiting to be sorted and sent out. It isn't a polished corporate space. It is more of a working warehouse and office mix. We spend a lot of time with packing tape and weighing scales. Our hands are usually busy and the phone is always buzzing with people asking about their deliveries. We know the regular customers who come in to send gifts to their families or documents for work. Maharashtra is a big place and getting things across the state takes a lot of coordination. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just take the packages, log them into the system, and get them on the right truck or flight. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially around the holidays when everyone is sending stuff. We just try to keep things organized and keep the parcels moving. It is a straightforward job and we have a good team that knows the routine well.
