Our shop is in the New Metalage Industrial Premises, Unit No. 5, on Subhash Road in Jogeshwari East. It’s a typical industrial estate, so there’s always a bit of noise from the neighbors and trucks coming in and out. We focus on mechanical parts, specifically things for liquid transfer. It’s technical stuff, but we try to keep the atmosphere here pretty relaxed. We aren’t corporate types; we’re more likely to be found with grease on our hands than wearing ties. The office is right next to where we keep the stock, so it can get a bit loud when we’re moving things around. We’ve been at this for a while, and we’ve learned a lot about what works and what doesn't when it comes to these couplings and valves. We don’t spend much on advertising because most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. We just show up, handle the technical queries, and make sure the parts are shipped out right. Sometimes we run behind schedule when a shipment is late, but we always try to be honest about it. It’s just a small group of us here trying to keep the business running smoothly in this busy part of Mumbai. We don't have fancy titles or big meetings, we just look at the orders and see what needs fixing or sending out that afternoon. It's practical work for practical people.
