We are located in Mumbai, over at Omkar Singh Chawl in Kajupada Poisar. The address is 30/A. It is a very busy and crowded part of the city, which is typical for Mumbai. Drs Logistics is based here, and we deal with moving goods around. The office is small and tucked away. It is not the kind of place you would find in a high-rise building. We are right there on the ground, dealing with the daily chaos of the city. There is always noise from the street, and people coming and going. We handle a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to organizing transport. It is mostly us on the phones with drivers and checking where the trucks are. We don't have air conditioning in every corner, so it gets pretty warm in the afternoons. We just have our fans and our tea. The team is just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We know the shortcuts and how to get things through the Mumbai traffic, which is a job in itself. We don't use any fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still done with simple spreadsheets or just notes. It is just how we have always done it. We don't try to impress anyone with big words.
