Dr Mushir'S Unani Medicine And Hijama Centre

My name is Mushir and I run this Unani medicine and hijama centre here in Byculla West. We are located at Chouhan Mansion on Tank Pakhadi Road. It's a busy spot but we try to keep the clinic quiet for our patients. I’ve been practicing Unani for a while now because I really like how these traditional treatments work. People come to us for all sorts of things, maybe they need some herbal remedies or they want to try cupping therapy which is what hijama is. We spend most of our day preparing medicines and setting up the cups. It’s not a fancy place but we keep everything clean. The neighborhood is lively and we see a lot of the same faces every week. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about the work we do here. We just focus on helping whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded especially in the evenings when everyone is finishing work. I usually have a couple of assistants helping me out with the daily tasks. We don't do big advertisements or anything like that. We just stay here on the road and do our thing. If you are looking for Chouhan Mansion just look for the big sign near the corner. We try to be helpful and explain how the medicines work. It's just a regular local clinic really.
