Dr Batras Positive Health Clinic

Our office, Dr Batras Positive Health Clinic, is on the 5th floor of the Arcadia building. That’s at 501, 195 Nariman Point along Ncta Marg. It’s quite high up so you have to take the elevator. Nariman Point is a very busy business area, as everyone knows. There are offices everywhere you look. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. Dealing with health stuff in such a fast-paced part of town is interesting. People are often in a rush. We try to get through the appointments efficiently. The view from the 5th floor is alright, but we spend most of our time inside the clinic rooms. Arcadia is a well-known building so it’s not too hard to find us once you get to Ncta Marg. We see a lot of people who work in the nearby offices during their lunch breaks or after they finish work. It’s a professional environment but we try to keep it feeling human. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. Just the necessary equipment and some chairs. Being at 195 Nariman Point means we are right in the middle of everything. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so you have to give yourself a few extra minutes. We just focus on health and making sure people get what they came for. It’s a straightforward operation here. We just go about our business and help the folks that come up to the 5th floor.
