Down Town Construction Company Wll is a small outfit and we keep our operations pretty lean. You won't find us in a big skyscraper with a lobby. In fact, we mostly communicate through our email, shakir789@yahoo.com, because we are usually out on the job sites. We handle various building tasks around the area. It started out as a small project and just grew from there. We don't have a marketing team or people to write fancy brochures for us. We just focus on getting the concrete poured and the structures up. Sometimes we forget to check the inbox until late at night after the sun goes down. It's hard work, and your boots get dirty, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a project finished. We don’t use any complicated software to manage things; a good notebook and a phone usually do the trick. We deal with suppliers and workers directly to keep things moving. There are plenty of bigger companies out there, but we like being small enough to know exactly what’s happening on every square inch of a site.
