We are based on the 1st floor of the Godrej IT Park in Vikhroli West. It’s a big block, Block B to be exact, and it feels a bit like a maze when you first walk in. Even though it's an IT park, we deal with things like silicones and chemicals, so our side of the floor feels a bit different. There are desks for the sales team and small lab spaces where people are testing out how a sealant sticks to a surface. The air conditioning is always humming, which is a relief because Vikhroli can get incredibly humid in the afternoons. Most of us take the train and walk from the station, so by the time we get to the office, we’re ready to just sit down and get to work. It’s not a place with flashy posters on the walls; it’s more about technical data sheets and samples of rubbery materials. We spend our time answering technical questions and figuring out which product works best for a specific construction job. The pantry is where most of the actual talking happens, usually over a quick snack or a glass of water. It’s a professional spot, but we’re pretty relaxed among ourselves, just trying to keep the projects moving forward without any unnecessary drama. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of the good tea bags, but we just keep going.
