We are based out of Andheri East in Mumbai, specifically in the Shre-E-Punjab area. Our office is in the Amardeep Building, which is Plot No. 73. We occupy A Wing, room 104. If you have ever been to Andheri, you know it is always crowded and there is a lot of energy in the air. Getting to the office often involves navigating the metro or the local trains, which is just part of the daily life for us here. The building itself is older but it serves us well. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, files, and people talking about chemical distributions and logistics. It’s not a flashy setup, just a functional workplace where we manage the India operations. The monsoon season is always interesting because the streets around Shre-E-Punjab can get pretty flooded, making the commute even more of a challenge than usual. We have a small group working here and we’ve gotten used to the rhythms of the neighborhood. There are plenty of small shops nearby where we grab snacks or a quick coffee during breaks. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations about our values; we just handle the day-to-day tasks that come with being part of a large company like Dow. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls to different parts of the country. The office gets a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at once. It’s a busy, practical environment that matches the speed of Mumbai.
