We’re located in Nagdevi, which is always a bit chaotic. Our office is at Plot No. 201, on the third floor of Street No 23. It’s near the bus stand, so there’s always the sound of horns and engines in the air. Getting up to the third floor keeps us fit since the stairs are narrow. We deal in industrial hardware and tools. The rooms are packed with boxes from floor to ceiling. It might look like a mess to someone coming in for the first time, but we know exactly where everything is. We’ve been operating out of this space for quite a while. Most of our regular customers just call us on the phone, and we send their stuff over by cart or small tempo. It’s a tight-knit community here in Nagdevi. Everyone knows everyone else's business. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything. It's just a place of work. We keep the ledger books on an old wooden desk and answer the phone all day. Sometimes the heat in the summer gets a bit much up here, but we have a few fans going. We don't promise the world; we just sell the tools people need to get their own jobs done. It’s a plain, honest way to make a living, and we’re okay with that. The street down below is always a mess, but up here it is just us and the inventory.
