Our office is located at A/302 in the Shiv-Chhaya building on Eksar Road. Being in Borivali West means we are right in the middle of all the chaos and people. It is a residential and commercial mix so the stairs are always busy with neighbors and delivery guys. We handle the production side of things from this space and it can get a bit cramped when the new stock arrives. The windows look out over the street and you can hear the rickshaws honking all day long. We started out here and just stayed because we like the neighborhood. It is not a huge factory floor but we make it work with what we have. Most of the day is spent on the phone or checking the latest batches that come in. We have a small kettle for making coffee and the desk is usually covered in samples and shipping labels. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up so we have to carry boxes up to the third floor which is not fun in the heat. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure the stuff we sell is decent and that the customers don't have a reason to complain. It is a simple operation run by people who have lived in Borivali most of their lives.
