Kamaksha Traders

Kamaksha Traders is located in B/203 Jay Laxmi Krupa. We are right near Manjunatha School in Gopal Nagar, Dombivli. It is a lively area with kids going to school and parents walking around all morning. We have a small space on the second floor. It is mostly filled with samples and boxes that we move around. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and checking on orders. Being in Dombivli means we are used to the crowd and the heat. We don't have an elevator that works all the time, so we get a lot of exercise on the stairs. It is just a part of being here. We started this business with just a few items, and it has grown a bit over the years. We aren't looking to become a huge corporation. We just want to earn a living and provide what people need. Our office is a bit messy with catalogs and price lists scattered on the tables. We know where everything is, though. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the local news. Sometimes we close early if there is a festival in the neighborhood. We are part of the community here. We know the people at the school and the other shop owners in Gopal Nagar. We don't have a marketing plan or anything like that. We just treat people fairly and hope they come back. It is a decent way to live.
