We are located in Dombivali East, which is part of the Thane district. Our office is actually inside a residential complex called Shankeshwar Nagar. Specifically, we are at A-6-102 on Manpada Road. It’s a bit different working out of a flat, but it works for us. We are C/O D.R. Pardhe, and the place is usually filled with the sound of the neighborhood—kids playing or people going about their business. Being on Manpada Road means we are close to everything, but the traffic can be a real headache during peak hours. Inside, we’ve converted the rooms into a workspace with desks and computers. It feels more like a home than a cold office, which some people seem to like. We handle a lot of the engineering and construction planning from here. It gets quite busy with phone calls and people coming in to drop off documents. We have to be careful with the space since it’s not huge, so everything has its place. Sometimes we have meetings in the living room area. It’s a very practical way to run things without the high costs of a big commercial building. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, unless the local trains are running late. It’s just a normal group of people working hard in a regular apartment in Thane, trying to keep up with the fast pace of life around Mumbai.
