Doctor Rekha Bhutada

I've been working here at Bombay Hospital for a while now. My clinic is up on the first floor in the Matushree Sabhagruh Building. It's Room 10. You know how it is in New Marine Lines, things are always moving fast, but inside the hospital, we try to keep things steady. It’s a busy spot near Churchgate. Most people find us easily because the building is quite well known around here. I handle the day-to-day medical work myself. It's not a big fancy office, just a practical space where I see patients who come in. Some days are busier than others, especially when the rain hits Mumbai and the traffic gets bad. Being right here in 400020 means there's always someone dropping by. We see a lot of local folks and people who travel in for the general hospital services. I just focus on the job at hand. The room is simple. I’ve kept it that way because I think people just want to talk about their health without a lot of distractions or shiny decor. Usually, I'm here during the regular hours. If you're coming from the station side, it's just a short walk over. I don't really do the whole big advertisement thing. Most of the people who come here heard about it from someone else or were already at the hospital for something. It’s just how it works in this part of town. I've seen the neighborhood change over the years, but this corner stays pretty much the same. It's a reliable place for my work.
