Our office is in Room 309 of the Golden Rays Building, which is located in Raheja Vihar, Powai. Mumbai is a very crowded and fast-paced city, and the Powai area is no different from the rest. The Golden Rays building is one of those busy places where you will find all sorts of different businesses working side by side in the same corridor. We handle various property tasks for the DLF group from this specific branch. It is a decent-sized office, but it is often filled with the sound of people talking on their phones and the constant hum of the printers. We look out over the local neighborhood, which seems to be changing every single month. We don't spend any money on expensive decor or fancy rugs. We just have the desks and computers we need to get through the workday. People often come in to discuss their homes or ask questions about new developments in the city. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon or big words here. We just tell it like it is. If a project is going to be delayed, we say so directly. If the paperwork is going to be a headache, we warn people ahead of time. It is just easier to be honest. We like being in Powai because it is a real hub of activity. There is always somewhere to grab a quick tea or a snack nearby. We are just a group of people working a regular job in a busy city. We do our best to stay on top of things and keep the records straight. It is not glamorous, but it works for us.
