D.J.Sanghvi College Of Engineering

The D.J.Sanghvi College Of Engineering has an office at 17/ Devdoot Building on M.G.Raod. This is over in Goregaon (W), Mumbai 400062. If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic M.G. Raod can be. The building is an older one, and our space is usually buzzing with activity. It’s not the main campus, but it’s a vital spot for us. There are always papers being shuffled and people asking questions about schedules or admissions. We have a lot of old wooden furniture and some ceiling fans that have seen better days. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and someone is usually there to help you out. Working in Goregaon means we’re right in the thick of things. The train station isn’t too far, so there’s a constant stream of people in the area. We deal with a lot of administrative stuff here. It can get pretty stressful during the peak times of the year, but the staff handles it well. We drink a lot of cutting chai from the stall downstairs. It’s a typical Mumbai workplace—a bit cramped, a bit loud, but everyone is focused on getting their job done. We’ve been part of the local scene for a long time, and we just keep moving forward one day at a time. The monsoon rains usually leak through the window a bit.
