Divy Properties Llp

We are over here at Dadar TT in Mumbai. Our office, Divy Properties Llp, is inside the Poonawadi building on Plot 167-D. If you know the B A Road area, you know how busy it gets around here. We are up on the 3rd floor, specifically in Flat No 12. It’s a typical Mumbai spot with a lot of people moving around all the time. Sometimes the stairs feel like a bit much but it’s just how it is. We spend most of our time dealing with paperwork and talking to folks who stop by. The building is older but it has that solid feel you find in this part of the city. Being in Dadar means we are right in the middle of everything. You can hear the traffic from the window sometimes. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s not a fancy glass tower, just a regular office where we get things done. Mostly, we are focused on the property stuff in the neighborhood. People know us as the local guys in Poonawadi. We try to keep things simple. There isn’t much to say about us other than we work here every day. It’s a small team and we know the 400014 area pretty well by now. If you are walking past the TT circle, we are just a short walk away. That's pretty much us, just regular people working in a busy part of town.
