Dishtvindia

This is a small operation we run under the name Dishtvindia. We don't really have a big storefront or a fancy office building to show off. Most of the communication happens through our Yahoo email, kaif_112, because it is just easier to manage that way for now. We focus on getting TV services sorted for people who need them in the local area. It started out as a small thing and we just kept it going. We handle the technical questions and help people figure out why their dish isn't working right. Since we don't have a physical shopfront for customers to walk into, we do a lot of things remotely or over the phone. It is a very simple way of doing business without any extra fluff. We are not interested in looking like a big corporation with lots of rules and manuals. It is just about getting the job done so people can get back to their television programs. Sometimes we are a bit slow to reply if we are out on a call or busy with a repair, but we always get back to the emails eventually. It is a bit of an old-school way of working, using a personal-style email address, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and deal with the daily tasks as they come. No big promises or sales pitches, just regular work to keep the signal strong.
