Direct Source

Direct Source is based in Malad West, right on the Link Road. We are on the first floor of Building Number 2 in the Sonal Link Estate. It’s a standard commercial building, nothing too flashy. The area is always buzzing with people and cars because of all the malls and offices nearby. We’ve been in this office for a while now. It’s mostly desks and some storage for samples. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer trying to track things down. The name Direct Source pretty much explains what we do, which is getting things from one place to another for our clients. It’s not always easy because shipping can be a headache and things get delayed. We just try to keep everyone updated. Our office is a bit messy with paperwork and files stacked up, but we know where everything is. We have a small group of people working here. Most of us have been in the sourcing business for a long time. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything. We just come in, do the job, and go home. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It’s just part of the daily routine. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just try to find what people need and make sure it gets to them without too much trouble. We just do the sourcing work day in and day out.
