We are located at Sonal Link Indl. Estate right on Link Road in Malad. It's a busy area, especially during rush hour when the traffic gets really loud outside. Dilip Plastics Pvt.Ltd has been in this unit, 1/235, for many years now. The workshop floor is always covered in bits of plastic and tools, which is just part of the job. We have a few old machines that still run great, even if they make a lot of noise. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We show up, see what the orders look like, and start the production. It’s mostly just us doing the same things every day, but we don’t mind. There’s a certain rhythm to it. Sometimes the heat in Malad gets to be a bit much, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. We aren't big on fancy titles or office politics. Most of us just wear our work clothes and get our hands dirty. It’s a practical business. We deal with suppliers and customers who have been coming to us for a long time. They know where to find us. We don't really do much advertising or anything. People just know we are here on the first floor. It’s a bit cramped when we get a big shipment in, but we make it work. Just a regular plastic shop doing what we know best without any fuss or complicated systems.
