We are located in Colaba at Ajjappa Block. Our office is on the 2nd Cross, number 15/3. Colaba is such a historic part of the city, and our building definitely shows its age. We have been here for many years now. There are a few of us working together as associates. The office is usually packed with boxes of files and old reference books. We haven't really spent much time making the place look modern. We are more interested in just getting through the work we have each day. It’s a busy office, and there is always someone on the phone or writing something down. We don't do any promotional stuff or try to act like a big corporate firm. We are just local people doing our jobs. The street outside can be very loud with tourists and shoppers, but we have gotten used to the noise. We often have people dropping in without an appointment because they were just passing by. We try to talk to everyone, but sometimes we are just too busy with a deadline. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some biscuits. It’s a very basic way of working, but it has served us well for a long time. We know our clients by name, and many of them have been coming to us for years. It’s about the relationships we have built over all this time. We are just a local fixture.
