We've been at Samuel Street for a while now. It's a busy spot in Masjid West. Dealing with pipes and tubes is what we do every day. It gets loud and dusty sometimes, but that's the job. People come in looking for specific sizes, and we try to find what they need in the stacks. Sometimes the traffic outside makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but we manage. We aren't a big flashy office. It's mostly just us handling orders and making sure the inventory is right. Oriental House has its own charm, even if it's an old building. We spend most of our time checking specs and talking to regular customers who've been coming here for years. It's a straightforward business. No fancy frills here. We just focus on getting the tubes out the door. Some days are slower than others. Rain or shine, the shop is open. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We know the local area well. The neighbors know us too. We just keep our heads down and work. Dealing with different types of metal and dimensions can be tricky, but you get used to it after a point. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. It can be stressful when a shipment is late, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve seen the neighborhood change, but the work stays the same.
