Dialuxe Exim Private Limited

Our office is in a place called Gamdevi, which is one of those old-school Mumbai neighborhoods. Dialuxe Exim Private Limited operates out of the Laxmi Building on Vaccha Gandhi Road. We are on the first floor in Flat 102. It’s actually an old residential building that has some offices in it now, so it feels very much like a home. There’s a lot of character in these old walls, even if the stairs are a bit steep and narrow. We do export and import work from here. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits all day. We’re usually in casual clothes, just working through the lists of what needs to be shipped out. The road outside can be quite narrow, so getting deliveries can be a bit of a headache sometimes. But the neighborhood is great because everything is close by, from the local stationary shop to the small cafes. We’ve been doing this for a bit, and we’ve learned that the most important thing is just staying on top of the details. Paperwork is the biggest part of our day, honestly. We spend hours checking codes and making sure the customs forms are right. It’s not glamorous at all. We just wanted a quiet spot to run our business, and Gamdevi felt right. Sometimes the neighbors pop in for a quick chat while we are sorting files. It’s that kind of friendly atmosphere. We don't have a big sign outside or anything fancy.
