Our workplace is situated in Arunoday Society, right in the Chaitya Chawl area of Powai, Mumbai. If you know S.V. Road, we are directly opposite the R.T. Mehata Company. It is a busy part of the city, but that is exactly where you want to be if you are in the logistics business. Dhl Lemuir Logistics Pvt Ltd has been operating from this spot for quite a while. Mumbai is a fast-paced place, and we have to keep up with that energy every single day. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at, just a functional space where we handle all the paperwork and coordination for shipping and freight. Being in Powai gives us good access to different parts of the city, which is crucial when you are trying to move goods through Mumbai traffic. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their job. We don't use much of that fancy corporate language you hear in the big towers. We just talk like normal people and try to solve problems as they pop up. Some days are stressful when a shipment gets stuck, but we just keep at it until it’s cleared. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our focus on getting the work done hasn't changed. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours sometimes, but that is just how things are in this industry. We just get on with it.
