Dhl Lemuior Logistics

Our office for Dhl Lemuior Logistics is actually inside Madhuri Apartment, which is in Hanuman Nagar, Kalyan East. Specifically, we are on the first floor in Flat No 12. Kunal V. Waghmare is the name on the door. It’s a residential building, so it feels a lot more like a home than a big corporate headquarters. We have to walk up the stairs every day, and we see our neighbors coming and going with their groceries. Katemanivali is the broader area, and it is a busy, working-class neighborhood. Inside the flat, we’ve turned the rooms into our workspace. We have desks set up where the living room would be, and we use the other spaces for filing and storage. It is a bit tight sometimes, especially when we have a lot of documents to process, but it works for us. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our desk and say hello. We deal with a lot of logistics tasks, mostly focusing on the details that bigger offices might miss. We drink a lot of tea and there’s always a fan running to keep the air moving. It’s a humble setup, but we’ve been doing this for a while now. We know the area well and we don't feel the need to move to a big glass building. We get our work done right here in Flat 12.
