We are located on the third floor of the Arsha Bharat housing society in Goregaon West. It's in the Shree Nagar Estate area, right off MG Road. If you know Mumbai, you know how packed Goregaon can get at any time of day. We’re right in the middle of all that noise. Working in express delivery means we’re always watching the clock and trying to stay ahead. It’s a bit of a climb to the third floor when the lift is acting up, but we’re used to it. The office is full of boxes and manifests most of the time. It’s not a polished corporate showroom; it’s where the actual work happens. We deal with people sending stuff all over the place, from small parcels to bigger things. Sometimes the traffic on MG Road is a total nightmare, but we still have to get things moving. It’s just a regular group of us working here. We don’t use a lot of big business talk or fancy terms. We just tell people when their stuff will get there and try to be accurate. It’s a very practical environment. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we know the local tea stalls and the rhythm of the street outside. It’s a busy life in express shipping, and being in a residential society makes it feel a bit more grounded and real than a big glass tower in a business district.
