Our place is located on Premier Road in Old Kurla West, Mumbai. Specifically, we are at House No 105/3 in Village Ward B. It is a very active and loud part of the city, and being here means we are right in the middle of all the noise and constant movement of Mumbai. This branch of Dhl Express India Pvt Ltd handles a massive amount of packages every single day. The heat can be a bit much sometimes in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going and just keep working through it. It is not a shiny corporate office like the ones you might see in the movies. It is a working hub where things are constantly being loaded, unloaded, and sorted. We have a lot of local guys working here who know the streets of Kurla like the back of their hands. That helps a lot when the traffic gets completely stuck. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do here. We just take parcels from one point and try to get them to the next point without any trouble. There are always some hiccups with the paperwork or addresses that are not very clear, but we sort them out as they come. The building itself is a bit older, but it serves its purpose for us. We stay busy from the early hours until late at night.
